"I have had auto and life insurance through Todd Barnes' office for 19 years. My bill is auto deducted and I recently noticed that they had double charged me for the past two months. After contacting the office, they refused to refund the extra funds saying that the billing department was denying the return. I get that there are policies through corporate so I contacted my bank to see what they could do since I did not agree to the amount that they took from my account. My bank was able to refund the money. I spoke to Stephanie on the 27th (my auto pay comes out on the 28th). I informed her that I had received the refund and wanted to make sure the autopay was good to go for the next day. She assured me everything was good to go. Today is the 30th and I noticed that my auto insurance didn't in fact get auto deducted from my account. I call in and speak to Shelly. She was not helpful whatsoever and wanted to quickly brush me off. I have dealt with her many times throughout the years and she is the absolute worst to deal with. I ended up having to call into customer service and long story short, the lady I spoke with was able to cancel my auto insurance and I am now covered through another company. I hate change so I would have stayed with State Farm forever but dealing with the people in this office has been a nightmare."
