"I’ve paid Todd Barnes for 20 years, auto and home insurance. Our house was hit by a natural disaster over a week ago. I can’t get Todd to return my calls. He’s in a meeting, out of town or unavailable. Shelly can’t tell me my coverage and scolded me for having questions about my insurance that I pay for. Shelly told me they don’t have the checkbook for this. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When I told Shelly I was upset with her service and did not have the same experience with Billy she bashed him and told private information that was awful and could discredit him. I was appalled and hung up. This office is so gross. If you don’t have the checkbook for repairs don’t take my money. Edit: after Todd left his awesome follow up he called to tell me “thank you for paying me for 20 years. It’s easy to find a new agent. I was on vacation. Everyone is entitled to a vacation. But thanks for 20 years”. Then he told me I was hurting my claim by demanding customer service."

"I have always had great service here. The prices are some of the best I've found without sacrificing quality. On the rare occasion when I can't get through to a person, I am always called back promptly, and when I needed my van towed because the alternator went out, the call was dispatched and a local tire company alerted in less than ten minutes."
