I am your State Farm Insurance Agent for the Newton, KS area and have been serving State Farm customers since 2005. Our A-frame at 10th and Main has been a State Farm office since 1965. I am a proud husband to my wife Stephanie and father to my daughter Morgan. My wife Stephanie was raised in Hutchinson, KS and is a team member within my State Farm agency. We are the owners of a eleven year old yellow Labrador named Quinn. I take pride in being a lifelong resident of Kansas and enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my family and riding my motorcycle and bicycle.

The past 15 years of running my agency have helped me to grow my passion for creating and fostering trusting relationships with our customers and local businesses by utilizing my life experiences and personality. My team and I have made the first and foremost goal of my State Farm Agency to help others. As we focus on developing these relationships, our priority is to ensure each member of the team shares the same passion and values. I grew up in Hutchinson, KS but am proud to call Newton, KS my home for the past 15 years. My husband Todd and I have a wonderful daughter Morgan, who is getting ready to graduate from Wichita State University this fall. In the spring through the fall months, you can find my family either watching supercross on television or out at the local races cheering on our favorite riders. I have a passion for the outdoors, including hiking and camping with my family. Cooking is another one of my passions and I am always looking for new recipes to try. I take pride in helping customers with their insurance needs and providing quality customer service.

I grew up in Hillsboro, KS which led me to graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Tabor College in 2018. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, including hunting, enjoying nature and playing all varieties of games together. I am a big sports fan and enjoy watching football and basketball; as well as making it to games whenever I have the opportunity. The Colts and Michigan Wolverines are my go to teams! I spent the last year in Oklahoma City, OK where I enjoyed making it to OU games whenever possible; although I do not miss the traffic. Coming back to Kansas and working at State Farm has allowed me to grow my experience helping our customers find the most appropriate plans for their needs while offering top-notch customer service.

I am a lifelong resident of Newton, KS and am very involved in the community. My family has long roots in the railroad, as both of my grandfathers, my father and now my husband have worked for AT&SF now known as BNSF railroad. My husband, Bob, and I have two children, both a son and a daughter and one grandchild who often enjoy Sunday brunch at our house. We also have two cats that keep us company. I love learning new things and applying this knowledge throughout life. Gardening is one of the things I am currently focused on learning more about. It has allowed me to dry my own herbs and use them in different recipes that I have committed by memory. Another skill that I am enjoy when not at work, is making my own soaps, lotions and lip balms.
